Tortugas Tiki Bar & Cafe, located at 34th Street at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, is an island-inspired poolside cafe serving a variety of coastal dishes, tropical cocktails, seasonal live music and panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.
